I missed it, but just assume Alexander isn't quite caught up yet. He saw the van get smashed and figures the people in it are still hurt.

I actually thought of an oddly appropriate way to chop it off. It was already a plot point, and adds a little bit of urgency to... well, you'll see when we get there. It won't happen until the climax though.

Oliver qualifies a bad ass, though I may have orchestrated that a bit. He had an excellent one-liner when he killed War.
