So, new OOC thread, new IC, new everything except the players?

To be frank, having more than 10 players is kinda a lot. I'll take another 3, maximum.

This isn't a criticism - but I think that it had to do with both the wait for the IC, the confusion over IC structure and IC time, and the endless conversations over tech.

I mean if you want we can make the new OOC, IC and region, but we should do it quickly before this IC gets filled up. And the IC we have now can be the start for the other ICs and also be there while we sort everything else out. Its something we can post in while we work on everything else, even if we scrap it later on.

Could I just point out that I, for one, am currently quite heavily involved in my home region. As such, I would have to use a puppet nation in any new region. Just sayin'.

What sucks more is the fact my laptop won't boot, there fore I can't watch epic rap battles of history.

Also, IC's kinda quiet. Should I kick the door open with a post?
