I would not be opposed. I think the Fleet Commander would rather be off conquering the galaxy than watching over a mining colony.

I cut out bits of your app to point out major issues I noticed, one being your absurdly large population, I have 2 races that have about 2 trillion each and they have taken hold of a reasonably large chunk of the galaxy, I've already touched on your weapons, and lastly you need to be more specific by what you mean by allies, such as naming specific factions or something to that effect.

This seems largely half-assed so I would like to see a large amount of improvement from now until you decided to get this accepted.

I try. The Archivist, Captain, and Commissar are all independent beings from the servant species of the Garden. Not a real taste of the hivemind, yet. I'm going to try to reflect the personality of each species in their speech and mannerisms, hence the weird word choice of the Captain, but I might flub it every now and then.
