"You're not going anyway, you tin can." the cop said to Joki, as he tried to reason with the police. "The real bad guys are in there, knocked out. And I think I should just head home, you know?" Joki said, neither him nor the cops near the police cars noticing the bright blue and yellow van parking near them. A cop near the back was the first to see them, as he had a shotgun to his knees, throwing him to the ground. "My legs!" he screamed, where Joki and the other cops noticed, where said cop also had his hands smashed. "Get down!" Joki yelled, as the cops ducked for cover. However, the goons that showed up had been firing directly at the gaps below the police cruisers, since their feet were visible, before they got to their palms and wrists. Joki tried to use his telekinesis to send the big thug flying, but he got knocked back as he got a load of birdshot to him. It didn't damage his suit, but it was a powerful blast.

"Who are these guys!?" Joki thought, as the cop that was threatening him started screaming. When Joki looked, he saw that he had an actual scalpel in his eye. "Don't pull it out!" Joki tried to warn him, but he didn't pay attention, leading to his eyeball sticking on the blade, where he was even in more pain. Joki gave him a medical boost from his needle gun, since he didn't end up in shock. Joki immediately went after the thug with the SMG by telekinesisly shoving him near one of the cars, where Joki delivered several punches to get him down. Joki ran back into the store to confront the robbers, where he heard someone entering the store. Turning around, he saw Holiday standing behind him with a scalpel.

"I'm only here to save people and make sure that this jewelry stays here." Joki said, getting his telekinesis powers ready to send her back, as he raised his hands aimed for her. "I don't care where you people come from, but I'm not letting you shoot any more cops on my watch." Joki said, looking angry.

The Aeronautics Facility

The handyman was in the middle of getting his gun from the toolbox, until he felt Jack bump into him, where he looked up. "Ah crap..." the handyman said, as he got a baton to the face, falling to the floor, where several others noticed. One of the henchman disguised as an employee immediately realized it was time, where they pulled out their handgun and fired some shots. "Don't try anything funny! This is a robbery!" they yelled, as the FBI agent tried to shoot him, only for another henchman to shoot him in the arm. Now the crowd was freaking out due to the gunshots, where they all scattered in multiple directions. Some of the other FBI agents were looking for any armed hostiles, where the man with the toolbox managed to get out his machine gun and ran straight towards the helicopter.

At the VTOL, Jack had managed to get rid of the pilot, where they tried to shoot Jack, only for them to get thrown out of the jet. The other goon who was near the pilot tried to shoot Jack, where they tried to shoot up the jet and the cockpit. However, the cockpit window had bulletproof glass, that was making the shots useless.

The Aeronautics Facility

The handyman was in the middle of getting his gun from the toolbox, until he felt Jack bump into him, where he looked up. "Ah crap..." the handyman said, as he got a baton to the face, falling to the floor, where several others noticed. At the VTOL, Jack had managed to get rid of the pilot, where they tried to shoot Jack, only for them to get thrown out of the jet. The other goon who was near the pilot tried to shoot Jack, where they tried to shoot up the jet and the cockpit. However, the cockpit window had bulletproof glass, that was making the shots useless.

This was, to put lightly, not the best situation for Jack. He'd been wrong about the FBI agents, apparently, but he had a feeling they wouldn't be too friendly with him. Best not piss them off.

He had another problem of figuring out just who to hit. He finally decided on any armed handymen, hoping they weren't disguised security.

And as he thought, they broke into the cockpit.

"Any chance I can talk my way out of this?"

Looking incredulous, the goons opened fire. He teleported out of the way, already expecting it, and sealed the cockpit door. Two of them out of the way, easy.

He then realized he was ridiculously outnumbered, at least 10 to 1. Most of the FBI agents were either incapacitated or fleeing, and the one with the machine gun seemed hellbent on getting to the helicopter. Picking up a fallen goon's gun, Jack put a quick stop to that, teleporting closer and shooting him in the leg. That, however, left him in open ground. No way out. He was had.

Reluctantly, Jack lifted his hands above his head, surrendering. He was good, but 10 on 1 weren't odds he wanted to play. He did manage to activate his comms unit as he raised his hands with a quick bit of sleight of hand.

"Man, it sure does suck I don't have any BACKUP right now, what with me being forced to surrender by about 10 armed men, and with the FBI agents scattering. Really sucks!"

Before he could say any more, one of the goons cracked him across the jaw, sending him to the ground.

"Shut up, kid. Who're you working for? Tell me or you're taking a bullet!"

"I'm working for Joe," replied Jack, barely holding a grin.

"Who the hell is Joe?", said the goon, confused.

"Joe mama," said Jack as the grin prevailed.

That earned him a hard crack with the butt of a gun.

"Boss, can I shoot this kid?" asked the goon.

Another of the armed handymen stepped forward, brandishing a sawed off shotgun.

"No, let's have a little chat with him."

Jack braced himself for pain.

Cougar was in a dilemma. He had a gut feeling Kingpin had a gun or any other weapon with him. Yes, he wanted to avenge him for his family, but, he didn't want to die young. There was the world to see. But, then, he wasn't someone to order around. He backed away, before telling him, "I know you have a weapon.' Doing a roundhouse kick on his back, before he felt a solid thing that definitely was not bones.
"Look, I won't do you any harm. Just apologise."

The kick surprised him; its lighting speed was faster than any human hand could move to withdraw a hidden gun. A loud crack, and sharp pricking pains told the "Kingpin" that he had lost another way out. The kick had almost spun him around, forcing the large body-double to take a knee among the broken pieces of his shotgun. A venomous hiss came from his mouth, as his eyes glared boldly at the hero -- for the smallest moment more enraged than afraid.

"Something given has no value; if you want an apology, you have to take it."

Phil Coulson has seen a good bit in his life. The Raise and fall of the avengers, the fall rebuilding and fall of Shield, the raise and fall of Hydra, Hell he lived through a universe wide genocide caused by Thanos!
If anyone is qwalified to Rebuild Shield again it was him, if he could do it the first time he could do it again!
When Scarlett and Bucky Barnes reached out to him he was more than happy to help his old friends!

Phil was snapped out of his train of thought by Scarlett Barnes, the Winter Widow Daughter of Black Widow best red room assassin and the Winter Soldier Hydra's best assassin. But he knew them better as Natasha and Bucky.
"Yes Nat?" He asked before correcting himself.
"I'm sorry Scarlett you look just like your mother!"
She smiled "it's fine I get that a lot!"

He scratched the back of his neck. "So what happened between y'all and the Young Avengers?"
She looked at him and moved her bangs from her face. "We couldn't work together to well, nothing more!"
He frowned. "That's too bad, I had high hopes when I heard the young Avengers had reformed, but Hi it took me dieing and Loki invading to bring the original team together!"
She smiled. "Yeah, maybe we can work through our stuff again before the next Loki shows up!"
He laughs.
"God willing there isn't going to be another Loki level threat before we get shield back online and the Avengers straightened out!"

It was a breath of fresh air to see this discount Iron Man knocked the lights out of a crew member watching over the wounded cops. At least he was still breathing as the other members finished loading some of the bags of jewelry in the van before turning to shove him inside too. One of them put their pistol inside their coat as the took the responsibility of using the smg. The crew then rushed back to retrieve more bags a the cops were still too wounded to interfere. Which was good since Maria had no intention of letting third-parties interrupting her contracts.

“Lucky for both of us, there are no more cops.” She addressed to the superhero. “But perhaps we can reach an agreement…”

Maria took a step forward towards Joki as she retracted her hand. “I can tell you care for the well being for the men in blue. So here’s the deal: I’ll stay behind and help you heal these wounded souls; in return, I keep what I came here for.”

Once she walked got close enough to him, she held out her hand again for the superhero to shake. “What do you say? Do you value their lives more than diamonds?”

"Got it." Gwen jumps out of the borders to go and help Jack. As she's walking she notices Loki. "What's he doing here?" She jumps into the borders to listen to what he's saying. He's speaking to a few Asgardian soldiers...something about an invasion..."That can't be good." she takes a few steps back to leave the borders again but bumps into another soldier, who grabs her and drags her to Loki. "My my, what do we have hear. Aren't you that one Gwen girl? That pesky one who just lucks out and wins that way?"
"A bit more than that bud, travelling through the pages isn't exactly lucking out."
"But you are also a part of the new 'young avengers' as they now call themselves?"
"Yeah? So? Listen, just let me go pal."
"Certainly. I'll free you." he touches her with the scepter..,under her mask her eyes glaze over. "Now Gwen, do me a favor and see to it the Young Avengers are not suspicious."
"Of course." Gwen leaves the borders once again to appear next to Jack.

“I would head over, but the ice dude turned demonic and escaped, Captain Marvel just flew away in a confused state, and civilians are in a state of panic over Carol almost losing it on them. So I’m just gonna do damage control here and then head back to the compound, okay?”

Nathaniel flew some injured civilians over to the hospital ER and then returned to the Compound. He unsuited himself, grabbed Kate’s laptop, and hacked in.

“Man, Kate, you have some unsavory tabs open on your computer...” Nathaniel ignored the weird websites and opened the application for the Compound’s drones. He maneuvered a few drones over to the aeronautics premises. He only had eyes on Jack and some guards preparing to torture him.

Quickly, Nathaniel flew the drones behind the guards and stung them in the back with the taser capability.

That should give Jack enough time to get to safety.

That’s when he spotted Gwen’s appearance. “Oh thank god Gwen is backup. Nomad, Stature, what’s your status?”

Engaging three at once with some light punches, he made full use of his ability, teleporting through swings of fists and knives, and dropped the last guard standing by teleporting upwards and hitting him with a ten foot dropping strike to the head. Now he just had to hope Gwen had gotten the ofher two.

I’ll call parameds to treat the inured goons. Head back to base, I guess. And we need to have a talk about brutality back at the Compound *ahem* Gwen.”

"Woah, didn't think a guy like him would show up," muttered Jack to himself, slightly star struck. He knew Iron Lad from the previous attempt at the Young Avengers.

Alongside Iron Lad and Gwen, they made short work of the remaining goons, taking down anyone who put up a fight.

"Thanks for the assist, Iron Lad. Probably saved me a good deal of dental work. Now that's taken care of...-" he turned to their captive, "-Why the hell are you here?" He asked

"Woah, didn't think a guy like him would show up," muttered Jack to himself, slightly star struck. He knew Iron Lad from the previous attempt at the Young Avengers.

Alongside Iron Lad and Gwen, they made short work of the remaining goons, taking down anyone who put up a fight.

"Thanks for the assist, Iron Lad. Probably saved me a good deal of dental work. Now that's taken care of...-" he turned to their captive, "-Why the hell are you here?" He asked

Eventually Danielle arrived "Damn I missed the party.... Good stuff everybody, don't let me interrupt."

"So Director how strong is Shield right now?" Scarlett asked.
Phil smiled. "Well we have a strong hold in the southeast. Field offices in CA, TX, NYC, and DC. We have a small foothold in the EU. Shield of Britian is alive and well, being run by a old friend from MI6! We have a Field office in Sydney and Tokyo, the Wakandan Office is open, everything else collapsed or fell into Hydra hands!"
She frowned. "Please tell me that Carol and I aren't your only heroes!"
He smiled. "Your not, Dr. Banners little cousin She-Hulk is with us but we haven't heard from her since she left to find Bruce!"

Since most of the FBI agents were out of the way, the henchman started to interrogate Jack, where they started to see him as no use to them, while the armed handyman with the machine gun was shot in the leg, however he managed to get the doors of the helicopter only. "He isn't telling us, jack. Can we kill him?" a henchman asked, as they pointed a sawn-off shotgun at Jack's head. "Best to get rid out any of those young Avengers, since they have been a real pain." another said, where Jack was about to get shot, until Gwenpool with her 4th wall breaking powers appeared out of nowhere again, catching them with surprise. Then, some of them got tasered by several hidden drones, where they started to fire at every direction out of a blind panic.

Meanwhile, it seems like the facility's guards have arrived and weren't happy that there was a gunfight happening. And seeing some of the guns that they were carrying, it was understandable that they were somewhat pissed, especially when there were some FBI agents among them as well. However, Jack had managed to regain his stamina for a brief moment and go after some guards. Eventually, all of the guards that arrived have been defeated, but one of them were still in the helicopter. "Yes!!!
