It's a settlement. Not a faction. It won't be really influential in the actual story but logically nobody is gonna survive without some sort of cooperation and settlement

It was called Elysium. Heavily guarded with effective defenses, Elysium became the haven for survivors all throughout Denver-- people wishing to find safety. As the population grew, official government was needed, which led to the creation of the Elysium Security Council, which made the rules and controlled the Security Force. Under the firm leadership of the E.S.C., Elysium blossomed into a massive trade center, and became a beacon of hope for Denver. Elysium is home to approximately 450 people, and has some of the best the Post-Outbreak America has to offer.

now then as I far as I see it this counts as a faction as you have a security council and apparently are a large force in the west. Now you can argue with me but I'm not going to respond to them; if you think this is unfair take it up with the OP but as Co-OP I am classifying Elysium as a faction.
My travels take me many places, from the scorching sands to the cold, dark vacuum of space. But I always return to my friends and family at The Pub.

Another stupid question but could the "gifted" condition don't actually stop aging but slow it? A little like the witchers but with fifty year old looking like people in their late thirty rather than 100 years old looking like they're 25.

I substantially lowered the number of people there. Even if you classify it as a faction, I don't understand why they aren't allowed

Because, Bei, the OP said no player controlled factions, that's why it's not allowed.

Gifted can come in the terms of increasing what is already there. While human's do heal and regenerate we tend to frown upon that as a sort of fun sucker in this RP. Gifted talents can include increase sight, better hearing, improved reflexes etc. Imagine gifted as an upgrade of a human being.

Don't worry, I'm not asking for regeneration since I think it's basically the less interesting/useful thing possible to have, because it give you a false sentiment of being immortal/invincible which may make you die stupidly.
I'm really interested, however, by the possibility of having a body which age (a little) more slowly than a normal human do. Would it be pissible and not too over-powered?

Not sure what pissing has to do with decreased aging. Not sure however, but perhaps your body could be stronger nad healthier due to the virus increasing the growth of bones, muscles and bolstering your immune system.

oh god that seems awkward if you didn't realize it was a cat.0

"crawled casually along the bar and took a sip of the girl's drink..."

"hissed at Dean.."

oh god, I am dying laughing at imagining a human doing those things. Though I did say in the post that Nero was a sphinxcat, those naked bastards... so cute...

Sorry about the typing error but it's 5 hour in the morning here and I'm quite tired. So, if the virus can decrease my body's aging by changing some dna stuff is indeed possible to some extent then it's perfect.

I'll get a post up soon, just had to deal with some stuff in my own RP.

Also, I like how I'm the only one who's given the bartender a name so far. Everyone else has just called him "The Bartender".

Just finished watching Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No with a couple of friends. I'm convinced I've seen the true face of evil; Tara Reid, with a restarted acting career, partially nude. May God heal my bleeding eyes.

I'll try and get a post up right now. I'm still hysterical. I think I'll have nightmares tonight...
