You... Might just want to read up yourself...

Starting from page... Hmmm, 16 onwards seems like a good start.

TL:DR : Two nations in Europe, a Union between Scandinavia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and a Reformed Union of Soviet Socialist Republics had went to war against eachother for a brief spell, until one side ordered a ceasefire and a diplomatic peace conference.
Many nations are participating in the conference, some of which had not participated in the war at all...

A Union of South Polynesia and a Dominion of America had, together repaired the Panama Canal, and restored it to working condition.

And, well plenty more...

If Southern Xenick lets my nation have the Suez Canal, his ships, Iberia,, and my ships get indefinite free passage. My nation will do the upkeep. All other vessels will pay 5% cargo fee pre ship as passage fee.

So Charles von Roland freaks out cuz the British Empire in exile exists and Polynesia also freaks out cuz Australian Socialists are around. Emperor Akihito sure has a lot of fun watching how these events unfold. Btw, is Manchuria and Taiwan controlled by someone or they can be colonized?
