Yeah, I don't have a problem taking on the more basic role. You don't have to be a sniper, a guy with a bunch of explosives, or a guy with a big ass machine gun to do cool shit. Even in SOF units most people aren't doing super specialized things and are more generalists. Highly trained generalists, but generalists nonetheless.

Depends on how sharp or dull the knifes are, because you can cut a steak with a butter knife if it's sharp ebough

While we are typically highly trained generalized grunts in combat roles, you have to remember that there are roles outside of combat like comm guys, hackers, field mechanics (just incase something on the patrol vehicle breaks while on patrol), trackers, piontmen, medics, Intel Specialist, etc.

You did set yourself up for a smart ass remark, but what that also means that even someone untrained can do what guys in US SOCOM can do, just no where near as good
