Biography:He was born to a small family in New York who had been working for years to perfect an AI. He was about 3 when they finished. The machine turned against them however and taking control of their gaurds, had the family executed, Seth however, managed to escape death because he was under his Aunt's care at the time. He grew up to learn nothing but pain, and all the pain caused him to snap and unlock his powers.
One day he was eating lunch and one kid purposely tripped him. Seth got up admistd the laughter and summoned a knife. The laughter stopped immediately, but there was still one person laughing, Seth himself. Seth went on to call them weak, and not truly powerful. He killed them in front of the police who were called in after the staff couldn't do anything. The police out of fear pulled out their pistols, but it was too late, they were frozen in time, not that they knew it, one second the kid was there, the next he was gone.
Seth had run to hide, but he was found by the Prodigy Initiative who offered him a home in exchange for his services. He agreed and he has been helping them on various missions and such ever since. Occasionally he will make the news ands not her murder story. The use of his powers has turned his skin and hair white, and he no longer has any color to his eyes.

Material Animation -

Biography: Anton was born in Germany, living there for four years before emigrating to Switzerland. His parents were both metahumans, constantly moving around to hide themselves and their activities. His mother could see through the eyes of creatures, and his father had powerful telepathy. Occasionally they prevented a crime or two every few months, gaining a mystical reputation in whatever town they lived in. Anton was vaguely aware that not everyone had powers, knowing that he should never use them in public; despite his parents rules, Anton frequently used his ability while playing with his friends. Needless to say, this information spread like wildfire, and within two weeks everybody in town knew. The DRMA had been searching for Anton's parents for years, discovering them through the gossip of their child and pinpointing their location. Nary a day later were they swiftly captured and detained under the suspicion of being illegal vigilantes, in the scuffle both parents were hospitalised for resisting and hiding Anton, suffering minor injuries.

Anton escaped out the back a sobbing mess, begging his neighbours and friend's families to help him, but they all turned him down and ignored him much to his dismay. Either too scared or worried of harbouring some wanted criminals. To him the DRMA were unsympathetic monsters, protecting the powerless outside from a threat that didn't exist, ignoring his parents great achievements and patting themselves on the back like self-righteous assholes, completely destroying the reputation of his family overnight. Anton knew exactly what to do, so he ran to the local mall, stealing a couple mannequins with his ability for protection. From there he paid a visit to his uncle, someone his parents told him to never meet, retelling everything that happened the moment he arrived. It turned out his uncle had connections with various criminal groups in Europe, glad to finally speak with him he happily provided shelter from the DRMA.

With his parents unjustly jailed, and the people of his town no longer an option to return to, Anton spent nine years bouncing around Europe committing crime. Essentially spitting on the DRMA every chance he could. He even went to the effort of designing his own supervillain costume, making a name for himself and spreading false rumours wherever he went. Priceless statues thought to be too heavy to steal were suddenly vanishing overnight, security footage revealing them literally walking out of the building. After a few years in solitude, Anton slowly sold off his stolen goods through the black market, too ashamed to rejoin his parents who had since been set free. It was then the Prodigy Initiative found him, quickly bringing him in.

• Chem Expert: A natural and brilliant understanding in the nature of Chemicals and Mutagen, she often attempts to put together various serums for use on test subjects and enemies, with her preferred method of injection being her biomechanical tail.
• Absorption: Able to devour enemies with her tail through an hour long process. The liquids prevalent inside the tail during this process paralyze the target, but keep them awake for the experience of being dissolved and eaten. The DNA of the eaten is retained by Kaslana for later mutagen use.
• Mutagen Injection: Able to inject others with various mutagens and serums, she has three notable mutagens to start with.
  - Code Alpha: Able to be injected into normal humans in an attempt to activate their meta-gene, or metahumans for DNA restructure to be manipulated by Kaslana's pheromones. Will often result in a horrid transformation into an abomination of varying nature if human, loyal to Kaslana's commands.
  - Code Bravo: Injectable into metahumans, it will boost the potency of their powers for twenty minutes, often doubling existing effects and numbing any effects from pain.

Weaknesses:

• Is it hot in here?: Pheromones released will affect Kaslana as well if released in greater amounts.
• Dinner Time: Kaslana is unable to move for the entire hour duration of the Absorption process.
• Begging for release: Kaslana must use her tail to inject someone or something at least once per day or she becomes 'pent up'. Her tail will then inject the closest target regardless of allegiance.

Equipment:

• Biomechanical Tail: A tail infused into her, this key part of Kaslana's being is capable of great feats of strength, often batting aside cars and is capable of self regeneration. It is also extremely sensitive and is considered a critical weak point of Kaslana, as gripping it will leave her in orgasmic paralyzation.
• Mechanical Exoskeleton: Specific Parts of Kaslana's torso is covered in an exoskeleton. This is mostly to avoid immediately fatal blows and add to durability.

Personality: Often considered arrogant due to her fathers lineage as a hero, she styles herself as a champion of metahumans and a revolutionary. She views metahumans as superior to humans and see's most humans as cattle, but often tries to earn consent for anything she's going to do to them. Albeit if they disagree that's their problem. She makes numerous attempts at styling herself in a regal manner, acting as a queen for those she has transformed.
Motivation: Desiring to create a new nation for Metahumans to live in and govern, Kaslana acts in the supposed interest of Metahumans everywhere. Though she can admittedly get carried away at times, she wants to make her parents proud, and doesn't believe their route of being Hero's will bring sufficient progress.

Biography: She wasn't originally supposed to be born in Northern Finland. After all, who actually WANTS to be born in Finland? Well Kaslana's parent's had a plan in mind, and it involved keeping their child safe from any form of danger that might come there way due to their profession as Hero's. Her mom was the heavy hitter in the relationship and her dad was the brains behind her gear. Together, they formed an impressive duo known as 'Doctor Mecha' and 'Velvet Thunder'. Kaslana however, was often home alone while her parents were away. Forced to make friends with the estate staff, she felt her maids were better maternal figures than her own mother, and although her mother and father loved her dearly, she has held resentment for their absence until she was a teenager.

While they were away, Kaslana garnered a slight reputation on a variety of internet forums. She often complained about her parents and the fact they were Hero's, and here she would encounter an online persona named 'VillainPosterXxX6969'. Though she thought little of the name at first, they would become a close compatriot as her own Tech Supplier like her father is to her Mother. Over time and through years of planning, they would eventually send her what she desired for a persona in the form of a mechanical tail and a moderately comprising outfit. If she achieved her parents wishes then surely they would come home. Better yet, if she was a Villain she would have a greater chance of seeing her parents during work as well.

Kaslana had been prepping to set off on her own as a Villain until she received an invitation to the prodigy initiative, and although her father was still working with Hero's in making gadgets and other tech, she would need to pass off her departure to her mother as an 'extended field trip' courtesy of a University.

What are the specifications of his power? As in, what are the limits and rules of it? How fast can he generate knives and does it tire him, for example, and how does the shapeshifting work? Can he imitate anyone? Does he have to know the person to imitate them? Is it a perfect copy or are there flaws? Why does he have a secondary ability much stronger than his primary ability?

Why does he have a weakness to sunlight? It's just a random weakness that doesn't tie into anything else.

I think it might be better to start a completely new app.

K, well i like to have the more unusual characters, and that plays a major part in the confusion you have. I also have a hard time with backstorys especially so there is that too, yes he has to know the person to change shape, yes he is a psychopath, he mentally snapped. His flaw is that he can't hide his right eye, which is actually a blood red. He can't use any powers of people that he imitates, and the shape shifting is secondary cause I don't plan on using it often. Knife generation is 1 per every 30 seconds, it tires him out after the count of 20 knives. His range is about 1 yard distance for throwing them. Sunlight weakness is due to his very light skin, it was just a last moment add on. He is also hapethaphobic, I'll also do that, its the fear of being touched. He is loyal because....well I forgot to remove that so......yeah there is that. He also cannot imitate their voice without hearing it. So if you don't talk to him your fine. He can also mess up and associate the wrong voice with the wrong person and completely ruin the imitation. Slightly better? I will take your advice after this is judged. Sorry if I'm wasting your time.

Motivation:His main motivation in life is to just kill people and enjoy himself.

Biography:He was born to a small family in New York who had been working for years to perfect an AI. He was about 3 when they finished. The machine turned against them however and taking control of their gaurds, had the family executed, Seth however, managed to escape death because he was under his Aunt's care at the time. He grew up to learn nothing but pain, and all the pain caused him to snap and unlock his powers. His aunt blamed him for his parent's death and shipped him off to an orphanage. He didn't get along with anyone and had a hard time fitting in.
One day he was eating lunch and one kid purposely tripped him. Seth got up admistd the laughter and summoned a knife. The laughter stopped immediately, but there was still one person laughing, Seth himself. Seth went on to call them weak, and not truly powerful. He killed them in front of the police who were called in after the staff couldn't do anything. The police out of fear pulled out their pistols, but it was too late, they were frozen in time, not that they knew it, one second the kid was there, the next he was gone.
Seth had run to hide, but he was found by the Prodigy Initiative who offered him a home in exchange for his services. He agreed and he has been helping them on various missions and such ever since. Occasionally he will make the news ands not her murder story. The use of his powers has turned his skin and hair white, and he no longer has any color to his eyes, except his right eye, which is a blood red.

And we have unusual characters. Characters that are non human, characters with complex and not typically seen powers, characters who were ex-child soldiers, insane characters, etc. But they have to make sense. Unusual for unusual's sake doesn't work.

The knife power is fine but I don't know about being able to impersonate anyone with few catches. I also fail to see how the red eye is a weakness.

And again, your character being a psychopath isn't an excuse for him to dedicate his life to killing people. That just doesn't make a lot of sense.

It doesn't mean that the person just becomes a murderboo and forgets about everything else other than killing.

Biography: The Dragoons, as they are known, were founded in 2022 by a group of college students based out of southern England to deal with problems not handled by the Guardians. The group would find early success and become something of an internet sensation because of the online nature of their team, which publicized its activities on the internet and developed its own website which would gain a large following despite the obvious danger of publishing illegal activities. The team was able to survive and do well taking action against organized criminals and low to mid tier villains, but drew the attention of the DRMA for being a very public vigilante group in a region where vigilantes are considered the same as criminals. Additionally, the group has caused damages in the past to the wrong person at times, thanks to their vigilante nature. To put down their rising status and popularity and bring an end to the group, the DRMA began Operation Sleeping Dragoon in 2023 to bring about the downfall of the group, moving to carry it out covertly in 2024 with support from the Guardians.

Biography:Gregson Lestradewas born to a small family in London and was very successful in athletics from a young age. He was one of his school's top football (soccer) players and had quite a few friends. One day as he was walking home he noticed his house was on fire, running home he saw two men leave the building laughing. He ran at them, but they bathed him in flames. Unknowingly, he used his powers to prevent the fire from reaching get him, which shocked his foes. His foes left however and he never saw them again.
Upon entering his house, he saw his parents burnt alive. He fell to his knees and promised to avenge them, vowing to destroy everyone who had powers in order to bring peace to the world. He eventually found out that he had powers of his own and vowed to never use them unless it was an absolute necessity. Now, keeping to his promise, he hunts down all those with powers, using the alias Hunter to mask his true identity.

Yeah, uh... While independent characters are not banned, the thread won't morph or shift to specifically accommodate them and enable them to be active. I'd highly recommend reconsidering his nature as an independent, although with that motive no one would be willing to recruit him.
