By 1943, Gualberto Villarroel became Head of State of Bolivia, transforming it into the Fascist State of Bolivia. He soon seeked to join Brazil, Peru and Chile in their alliance, and together formed the Iron Pact of South America, an alliance of Fascist South American Nations. In the same year, strong willed Fascist Juan Peròn would launch a coup and reforms Argentina into the Fascist Republic of Argentina, and joins the Iron Pact.
Eventually, with it being clear that the Communists and Capitalists would be winning the war, the 5 united into the Fascist Federation of South American States, and proclaims itself the protector of the South American continent against the Communist and Imperialist Regimes. Soon Paraguay and Uruguay also join the Federation after Communist Revolutionaries attempt to take over the two small countries, and would invade Venezuela to secure her oil fields. As the war ended, many Nazis would escape Europe and find asylum in the Federation, where they were given new identities and hidden among the population, with various Scientists being put to work creating new technologies for the Federation, and various Wehrmacht and SS officers helping to train the Federation’s Army. Now the country stands as a military, economic and industrial powerhouse, being one of the last bastions of Fascism left in the world.
