The Slavic Empire is proud to send mrs. Myroslava Ponomarčenkova as our observer delegate. Mrs. Ponomarčenkova is one of the Slavic Military Forces' most decorated heroes, despite being just 31 years old, and also one of the most high-ranking officers, having the rank of Birgadier General with Special Functions, meaning she is the Acting Commander of a Division.

Because of her high profile and importance to the country, she will be accompanied by four armed guards.

Together with this letter, we send you some more detailed information about the delegate our country is sending. The photo you will find was of her period at the Military Academy.

Vice-President Taavi watched as delegations from the first five arriving nations were driven up the street the the Qimmat Alkura to begin the negotiations that would take place at the PCE 2050 Cairo Summit.

The first and one of the most notable attendees was the Shah of Persia, Emporer Juseff Kashmir, and their ambassador to the PCE, Adam Suliman. Luckily, Taavi spoke Persian reasonably well.

<Taavi> "Ahh the Grand Shah of one of our closest allies, welcome to Cairo Emporer Juseff. It gives the Federation great joy to have you in our capital city."

<Kashmir> "And it gives me great pleasure to be here Vice-President Taavi. It is truly a beatiful city in this modern age."

<Taavi> "We do what we can. I hope this meeting is productive for the both of us."

Taavi makes a bow before the Shah before letting the Ambassador lead him inside. Taavi shakes hands and smiles at Ambassador Suliman and then looks towards the next car. The next car housed the delegation from the North Saharan Socialist Republic, one of the FGN's closest allies and neighbours. It felt good for Taavi to once again speak in his native Arabic tongue.

<Taavi> "Deputy Chairman Altair, it is a pleasure to welcome you to Cairo, I do believe this is your first time in our capital."

<Altair> "It certainly is Vice-President Taavi, it's amazing how big it actually is. Anyway, let's hope this meeting goes well, so that the PCE can establish itself as the leaders of the developing world."

<Taavi> "Such wise words Deputy Chairman. Please, come in and make yourself at home."

The next delegation was much more controversial, the supreme dictator of the Empire of the Congo, Emperor Kumbali Umbango, boy did Taavi hoped the war there smoothed out. Taavi simply made eye contact as the Congolese delegation walked in.

And then finally, the rather last minute guests, the Slavs. While the Slavs were not part of the alliance, they were close allies of both the founding members of the PCE, and did a lot of work in Africa. Brigadier General Ponomarčenkova was sent as the observer delegate to this meeting. Since Taavi did not speak any Slavic languages, his translator spoke for him, translating his Arabic to Czech.

<Taavi> "What a pleasure it I should to have you here Mrs. Ponomarčenkova, I have heard so many stories of your achievements in the Slavic Armed Forces and I would possibly like to hear any more that you have."

<Ponomarčenkova> "Of course Vice-President Taavi, if the oppurtunity arises. As for now, we have a summit to commence."

Taavi made sure to salute her on her way in. He then walked in behind her into the room where everyone was seated to participate in any discussion while Administrator Osiris greeted any other arriving guests.

Myroslava entered the hall, as the guards stood at the door. She was standing there, in her unform, waiting for the various delegations to enter. She was not really happy to have been sent there, as she actually would have preferred to be at the Prague Congress, but this would have been the beginning of her career outside of the military, something she had well deserved. This would have been her first mission outside the country, the first time she would have been given international responsibility.

However, even if a bit disappointed, even if not as happy to be there as she would have been to be in the Prague Congress, she knew the Emperor, the Empress, and teh Government had their eyes pointed on her. She would have had to work hard, as hard as possible to manage to make a good impression on her superiors, the Government and the Imperial Family.

She would have done it. She had to. She would do that, harder then ever. The respect of her honour, the honour of the Empire, and the one of their people was up to her. The dignity of her people, her empire, and her one as well would have depended on her. The relations with the country's most stable and firendly allies, the UAF and the FGN, were up to her.

She would have not disappointed her people, the Imperial Family, and the Government.

<Taavi> "Welcome everyone to Cairo, and to this summit. As it turns out there is a bit of stormy weather over Cairo at the moment, a truly rare occasion indeed, so some of the other delegations have been delayed slightly. So, in the mind of productivity, I thought it would be prompt to begin discussion.

Firstly, I would like to introduce Myroslava Ponomarčenkova, a highly awarded military officer for the Slavic Empire, one of the PCE's closest European allies. It is a pleasure to have you here with us Mrs Ponomarčenkova and I hope you enjoy your time here.

Now, as many delegations are still not here, I thought I'd leave this time open for you all. If any of you have something you want to discuss with anyone here, now is the time to do it."

Translators finished up speaking to their respective delegations conveying Taavi's messages.

From now on we should simply assume that everything everyone is saying is being translated, and not have to deal with the language barriers.

As of now, I believe our alliance which is the Pan-Continental Entente or PCE shall have a system similar to the former UN. Where a member state could uphold specific duties as a memer of the organization. Like for Persia we could take up center of healthcare, or in FGN the center for technology and research."

Luckily, the emperor know how to speak Arabic. And so started talking.

And, for the vision of alliance specialisation, each nation can take care of administrating a certain sector, or possibly two. This kind of international cooperation is not one that has been seen before, and we shall make this alliance into the grandiose thing it can become. We shall hold a vote on alliance specialisation after more delegations come forth. As for now, we could either divert the conversation onto a different topic or continue to delve deeper into this one, outlining how these organisations would work and which nations would be responsible for them."

Especially, I, representing my government, my country, and my people, would like this topic to be focused on military and ecnomic cooperation. Is it possible?" she asked, in French. She knew the French language was the official or co-official one in most of the countries of the PCE, so she decided to speak in that language, at least for the time being.

I am sure that all PCE nations would be extremely happy to have joint military programs with the Slavic Empire, and, if the topic of massive joint PCE exercises gets discussed, we will be sure to include your nation in such discussions. As for the topic of economic cooperation, this is a issue that could both be discussed with the PCE as a whole or each individual nation. Could you elaborate on what you were thinking of when you talk about economic cooperation?"

As Mr. Altair and his peers stepped out of the seemingly normal armored civilian car, he observed his surroundings before entering the hall; the sleek and blocky buildings from afar didn't really wow him, but the weather did.
Entering the spacious and modern building; he was greeted with a European-looking person speaking with Mr. Taavi; a person that he heard about.

He sat down and listened to them, preparing to speak about plans for progress after the economic disaster, he flipped up his Nokia and silently mulled over political developments happening in real time.

At the entrance of the dome-shaped building, a platoon of commandos equipped with prototypes of the FUTURUS rifle was waiting for any trouble, watching the perimeter inside unsuspecting cars.

"Thank you very much, mister Taavi. Well, what I meant with economic cooperation is the creation of a free-trade zone among PCE members, which would be extended to my country as well. This economic ccoperation, however, could also be related to a cooperation in joint programs. An example is currently the Project Eden which the United African Federation is working on. That prokect is a wonderful example of shared expertise between our country and the UAF, and of economical cooperation, as it was us who mostly financed it. That is one among the many, many example I could talk about to explain what I mean by economic cooperation. I believe that this kind of economic cooperation, the one I already mentioned, is absolutely needed always, and especially in the PCE, where many countries, unluckily, do not have a good financiary situation, nor do they have, at the moment, the expertise needed to realise projects as ambitious as the abovementioned example. Thank you very much." She said, and then she sat down.
