Yup. Special slaves like that were highly sought after and weren't really sold around....I'm pretty sure it was illegal to sell them around in Ancient Rome. They would just be handed over to the Temples since "it was clear that the gods had touched that person (made them special) and wanted them to serve them." or some other reason like that.
