Due to this, new factions/cities/improvised nations have risen up all across the world to re-establish their style of government.

• United States of Boston - [Ehhh, kind of like the USA of today? They're trying to reboot the USA maybe? A pretty big warmongerer too]
• Indiana Federation - [A pretty powerful improv. nation in central USA]
• Federation of the Maritimes - [Maritime Canada + Quebec St. Lawerence Region + Northern parts of Maine]

Anyways, we would be people part of said factions, drifters/scavengers/neutral roamers or bandits just trying to survive throughout this.

Uhhh, the Indiana Federation owns Indiana (from where it originated from), Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin. I mean we could change the name to the Michigan Federation or the Chicago Federation but, eh, the Indiana Federation is in conflict with three other factions.

That will be nice, I would suggest an interest thread first and foremost to gather new recruits and only when you have a fair amount of that do you actually begin creating an OOC. Personal suggestion, take it as you will.
