Are there any terms and conditions for the IPOs? Also, my nation of Kalasparata had approx. 1 Billion higher pop. Than Kalaspia-Shimarata which means I have remaind loyal. Even after being DEAT'ed (not to mention all my long-dead puppets which I forgot the name of). How can I go about claiming the IPOs of those and transfering them to my main nation?
