Not really, this is just a tighter-knit community than a lot of other boards, and slight emotional connections can manifest themselves from time to time. I can't really speak for you or your experiences, but there is a greater air of familiarity here than you may be used to.

Also, at some others who responded to him: Aren't we sort of supposed to be helpful to new players?

The mod team sent a Cease and Desist letter regarding that. IT is on the thread, if you do not believe me. The pictures I was planning to send to the top contributors are revealing, but not nude pictures or everything.

It was a tradeoff between hoarding my internet dollars for another 5 hours of notoriety as someone on the leaderboards, or trading them for something itself invaluable but tangible. I made the wrong choice, I think.

We're paying for the lulz, shes giving pics for the lulz..the shares are worthless, but maybe she just wants to get into the top place, and she actually did rise quickly to it through the idea. Its her body, theres no problem what she wants to do with it. Sides its an excellent business strategy, and I didn't get anything out of donating to anyone else, but atleast donating to her gave something back collectively. I feel like people are becoming jealous of her or something.

This. I did it for the lulz, and after all, quick and old participants should had realized my bikini pictures were posted in Nationstates before. It was a business strategy as any other, and it worked.

LET'S WRAP IT UP:

First of all, THANK YOU TO ALL THAT PARTICIPATED! I managed to make to the top 5, which was my objective at the beginning. I really thought I was not going to make it after a while, but I did it in the end. I did not join any revolution stuff because I am a staunch supporter for Max's way of managing the forum, I knew it was a joke, but even joking I am loyal to the current status quo of Nationstates. That's for the 40ish telegrams asking me to donate them to the revolution effort.

In the end, this was my particular way of an April 1st joke. IT WAS A JOKE after all. I uploaded a few new pictures, but almost all of them were already posted in the boards. I had a few more to post, but in the end sleep won over me. I cannot post any more revealing pictures, (I had a pair without nudity or something but a bit more "suggestive"), given the forum rules, and the moderators specifically stated I could not send them over TG to anyone, (and to be honest, I was NEVER EVER planning to do so, as per vague promises and marketing clouding. IN ANY CASE, remember my vague language when speaking about pics. You would be getting SPECIAL pictures or REVEALING images. In no sense I ever stated it was going to be NUDE pictures. I am nude in one of those, but I am behind a door and the door covers the bits, so it's ok (you can see an arm and the head). Another thing, I do not post pictures of me with eyesore and a swollen face without makeup and in pajamas and general state of dissarray, in case you were wondering why I did not post a picture of me taken during yesterday.

I'll be sending said REVEALING and RELATIVELY NAUGHTY pictures, (with no nudity on them) to the top three contributors as I promised, however, without breaking the forum rules AND the moderator's warning. I will be doing so by TG to make them feel special and privileged, not because the pictures are in any way more revealing than the ones posted in the OP.

It is nice to know lust is still one of the main drives in people's hearts, however. To prove that was my other objective for this joke. I managed to get a large amount of shares from women too, and that's sooo cool.

MY special thanks to the heaviest contributors, and to all my old generalite and roleplaying friends who also largely contributed to this. I had tons of fun, I hope the ones linked to this thread had lots too.
