Here I was, not going on NS for several days, and now this thing happened. Instead of Iron Fist Consumerists, I've been labelled both a Champion of Commerce and a Pig-Dog Oppressor. I was also miffed about how NSG is now gone and replaced with an apartheid-like system of a 'Liberal Discussion Forum' and a 'Conservative Discussion Forum'. But what I'm especially miffed about is that I've now got a great big US flag background in the top-left of my screen. I would prefer an option where I could customise it into whatever flag I wanted.
But then I looked at what the date was and remembered that in foreign countries (and probably many people here) have this useless traditional holiday called "April Fool's Day". So I thought, it's probably a prank. Then I looked at the announcement made by Max and it was dated for yesterday. So I'm assuming that it's either an irritating prank and Max just posted the announcement a day early (and so holds temporary annoyance for the NSGers here), or it is a genuine change and holds permanent (or not, as the right amount of protest, boycotting and the inevitable loss in revenue for Barry can lead to reversion) annoyance for the NSGers here. I'm assuming the later, but if it's permanent, please look back at the above paragraph.
In conclusion, I hate the First of April as much as the Fourth of July.
