F7 Hunger Games, Remastered Edition

I remember making a thread like this, it was decently popular at peak. Unfortunately, due to technical issues, amongst other things, I had to discontinue the original. Fortunately, thanks to my slightly better laptop I can now do this shit without it tweaking out on me every other hour.

Like the original, the Hunger Games will be simulated on the BrantSteele Hunger Games Simulator, and there will be 24 user-submitted characters fighting to the death, with applications below.

I remember seeing that while researching existing Hunger Games simulators. It's rather limiting. Seems like it just randomly chooses tributes, then randomly decides if something useless happens to them, or they are eliminated, until there is one left. No alliances, no coherent story or RP possibilities, and no keeping track of equipment so a single tribute can pick up a shovel four times, not that it will have any effect on anything.

...but I'm so into the thrill of seeing who wins, that I want to join anyway.
