No, its supposed "territory" is just one big lake smacked in the middle of Western Europe, created after Napoleon was defeated and the Seventh Coalition decided to delete France and French people off the face of the Earth for good.
Every single person claiming to be French is either from Switzerland or Quebec, and Paris is actually located in an undisclosed location near Geneva.

It obviously exists, but the question is what it is. I am inclined to think that it is a western province of the EU the population of which genuinely believe France exists as a sovereign entity and pride themselves on being its citizens.

As a french citizen living in France, speaking french, born of french parents, and currently standing on french soil, I do believe that France exists.

I do also believe that England is just a small rock in the sea, but who knows?

actually it's only the IRS if it's from the IRS region of France, otherwise it's just sparkling tax collectors.
