I don't think a pre-title counts as a "word". Since I can't find any good word that starts with "IE", then we have to come up with a new one.

Try to keep the chain of words based on the last two letters as long as possible. If you cannot find any good word that starts with the last two letters that AN's word provided, then the chain is broken and you are free to create a new one.
