The game consists of changing the pre-title of your nation (even the name, if you want) with the ideology and/or form of government that AN will suggest in his post.

I think you misunderstood, your supposed to change your own pretitle with the ideology AN suggested. For example, if it were communism. You would do something to the effect of 'Communist Republics of YN' or 'Free Communes of YN', etc.
