Formerly, right before it looked like there was going to be a tie in the election, I would post the poll on one of the feeder RMBs, and they would close the tie in whatever way they'd like to.
This policy is changing, because of the unreliability of the feeder natives, and what appeared to be seemingly unfair in the eyes of some voters.

The new policy is that, when there's a tie, a twelve-hour runoff will take place between the tickets that tied. This will not only make it appear more fair in the eyes of some voters, but it'll also allow me to reset the election to an earlier start time.
