Excluding the Mediterranean island part, isn't that literally what civilization is? A orderly "society" made to avoid anarchism. Anarchy is the only enemy of society.

Tensions rise in East Asia after the White House announced intentions to help 'train and build up' Chinese military against rebel cliques, possible Japanese invasion.


Now that's just paranoia. The Japanese just don't have it in them to invade East Asia, or even the resolve. They're a peaceful people, never done anything of the sort. As a matter of fact, I'd reccomend reducing the U.S. navy's budget and moving more of our forces out of East Asia and into the islands of Hawaii. They should be perfectly safe there.
