Better send a few Paladins to orbit the planet in case Petroli tries to launch nukes or something. We're not sure if they have nukes, but with how they treat WMDs we would not be surprised if they were very liberal with any nukes they had. We do not want their planet to not become a wasteland, so it might be best to send our agents to sabotage their WMDs.

The primitives are fighting once again. We have a feeling Sabutaka will win this, but we could learn so much if the war is extended. We shall direct our agents to try and make the war as long as possible so our military officers can study it. If the war goes on long enough that we can't learn anymore from it, we will stop ordering our agents to extend the war.
