I was talking about girls who have their external genitalia partially or completely removed without any medical purpose. It results in a while host of problems including cysts, extenal bleeding, problems urinating, infections, problems with childbirth, and risk in newborn deaths

if it's "using a battleship's guns as artillery support for the landing force", it's based.
