I've done election threads with this nation but only national elections and they're more 'news and update threads about the election where other nations can IC post their thoughts on the candidates, parties, etc' rather than letting other nations decide for me.

This was a while back but for example, Imgur. It used to have a simple image editor, which is essentially a crop, trim, resizer. Now I can't do it properly and there's this watermark on the edited photos.

Calling it an image editor is being generous; it's nothing but a meme generator, something I don't need 9 out of 10 times when I just want to edit.

Now of course, I could use Photoshop, Paint.Net, even Paint, and an assortment of other stuff, so it's not a huge loss. Still, would be nice if I don't need to fire up another app just so that I can shrink it down to < 1800 px.

It can include many things: Are you in a thread where you have to use images but found one that is too big? There are sites online to edit images! Why just put it in URLs, especially when the OP forbids it?
Do you need to create a logo to do the RolePlay of a company but you don't have Photoshop or similar? There are sites online to do this! Sure, they're pretty limited if you don't sign up and don't have the Pro version. But it's better than nothing!
But above all, if there are a number of sites allowed to upload images to NS, why do some continue to use the only one that is not allowed?

Small recommendation: I use PhotoPea which is like an open source clone of Photoshop that's website-based.

I'll admit I didn't see any of The Trump Cult's posts beyond the one in this thread of him complaining about F7 being 'another woke echo chamber of liberals', but think about it like this: say someone joins NationStates, they go onto the forums, and the first thing they do is go to the trans thread in NSG and reply with something like 'So how many kiddos have you groomed today, ya disgusting pedos? You'll never be real women btw.'

What actual difference does it make if the person genuinely believes that trans people are pedophiles who groom minors or if they don't believe it, but they post it to try and offend and trigger some people? Either way, they're still posting some transphobic garbage and will be punished accordingly.

I’ve made a lot of nations, as you know, many of which have nothing in common with each ideologically (exact opposites in some cases), I can’t remember a time there wasn’t a discrepancy between one of those nation’s ideals and WA law.
