No. They'd be seen as pagans to be watched closely, and unless they turn Christian, not exactly ally material.
Factbooks and dispatches (which are works in progress) are the primary source of information for my nation. I try to have my stats match my idea of my nation but I think policies are the stat I can control the most.

I don't dislike anyone here. Agree or disagree, we're all compadres. :-)
