Sky Reavers would get lots of new factions by different names. Major ones would be "Texan Wrangler Republic", "Corsairs of the Pacific Coast", or a faction in Las Vegas called "Lucky Gamblers", or maybe "New Deseret" in Utah. Either way, there would be lots of factions with lots of names.
