Why- they seem like a reasonable state we could have business with- invading them would waste both the lives of our and theirs men and start needless feud between our people- something no good monarch would do for them!

If they are not a space nation, not much of a chance. Not much benefit in invading primitives and dealing with their resistance. If they are a fellow space nation then we would consider it, as they might be a threat.

As far as we can tell they don't have any FTL technology so they are isolated to their system. They are unlikely to be a threat and so we will not take any military action against them.
