I don't think it would. Laguzrauth's current government isn't a huge fan of war in general, so invading a foreign country would be a hard sell... however, if they posed a much greater threat to Red Lake or the rest of the world, they would take the advice of the Shadowrunners living in the Sixth World;

We would, but our Armed Forces can't leave Earth! The only thing we could do is to take over all their colonies on our planet, and (MAYBE) we could try to nuke their navy once they approach...
But i'm sure they wouldn't be able to land in Trilanian, our Land, Air and Naval forces would make that as difficult as making soup without water.

The PDA said I should do something to not get lonely so here I am... I don't know how I am able to access the internet all the way out here but I can.

Log N3: Well I didn't plan to get the rest of the TSF involved this early, at least the Frontiersmen are going to be delayed. It seems like they have found out that I have been using the Phasegates to move the Kharaa from system to system and from station to colony back to station. I might actually take control of the colonies affected by the Kharaa and actually help the people affected... I am not sure yet.
