Science needs no philosophy
As a nation, that values science (e.g. being a technocracy or having a flag related to science), let your people forget about philosophy by e.g.
1) banning religions
2) comitting serious violations against human rights

I wonder, whether my nation`s "religion" would be somehow allowed....
