Personally, I like it, but I wouldn't say its cool. I feel it would be an exemplary flag for a small Caucasian republic bordering or near Armenia, Chechnya, Georgia etc:

Hmm, yeah, I guess it's cool. It has a dark colour palette so there's not much of an impact, and the cross needs thicker lines. Otherwise, it does its job well.
