Even being founded so long ago, I don't think Penguin Dictators is that well known, at least on the forums. This is the first time I've seen it. Penguin Dictators has posted very sparsely across the last decade and a bit, hiding in the shadows, and only recently in Forum 7 where I reside mostly. It has had long periods where it ceased to exist, too. However, it is the WA Delegate of a sizeable region, so it could be more well known than I perceive.

Despite originating from 2020, surprisingly I haven't ever seen them. Although their factbook read count means that they should be known to at least the most consistently F7 active of users.
