Felt that creating a flag for a great Slavic empire should incorporate the colours red, white and blue (as they do in many Slavic nations), and chose to go with the Yugoslav order for good measure. Added three kolovrats and some exotic letters to spice it up.

I mean it's fairly simple, it was probably made by themselves in an image editor and they just pasted the animal image in that they found online while searching for a good image to use.
