Or guess for the real fun.

The Nation that got their flag guessed where it came from must say the answer to the nation that guessed.

IC: Citizens pulled a Penza Oblast and made their flag a past leader they loved. Although the thought of a disembodied head sounded eerie so they included the body.

OOC: Some mid-2000's shoujo anime. Idk I don't watch a lot of them.

(However using Google Reverse Image Search I knew the anime all along and I was surprised I didn't recognize the character earlier.)

AAN (ninja'ed) I guess they thought pink was a good colour for a flag then they added some symbols that represent something significant about nations history and culture.

One of the Samurai symbols you can get in For Honor from playing ranked matches. Chose this specific symbol because it was the first one I unlocked (also cats are cool).
