It is a hard choice but I consider Sherechia's flag better compared to Difinbelk's, mostly because of the colour choice.

Gonna have to narrowly go with Ropen's flag. Whilst the curved chevron may seem unconventional, it is at least an unique aspect of the flag with some decent colours that are toned to convey the authority and dictatorship of the nation. This is also further emphasised by the iconic singular white eagle on the chevron which, whilst detailed, isn't overly excessive in my opinion. As for NP's flag, whilst its colours are more striking, its design deels much more cluttered in terms of its symbolism, particularly at the centre of the flag with 5 quintuple-dotted shields.
