Basically, the rules for child labor are extremely strict and constantly monitored.

The minimum age for child labor is 13 years old.
Children aged 13 or over can only work if they are regular in a state education institution, in other words, in a Merullean public school.
The justification for the child to work is only accepted in cases of extreme need of the family due to poverty or if the objective is to teach the family business to the child.
In the case of teaching the family trade to the child, the child can only work under the supervision of the legal representative and if the business legally belongs to the family.
The child must be paid in full like any other employee of the company, however, the destination of the money varies according with the Child Labor Permission License.
