It is, mostly, an ethnocultural group, with less ethno and more cultural. But, yes, a large amount of their identity is the language, due to it being unique between them.

I have learned that I would be absolutely terrified to drive there. You should add a stat for vehicle deaths per 100,000 people to your general info factbook. It'd fit right in. In seriousness, I'm impressed by the depths of these factbooks. I hadn't looked at them until I replied to you in another thread. Being able to navigate through the trivia catalog towards things like genetic capabilities, transportation, etc, is a really powerful way of using the factbooks.
