Their willingness to sink to extremely low levels to win. Strolistandiler has no qualms with throwing around WMDs pretty freely, everything from nuclear to biological weapons are all on the table if it gives them a chance of finishing off whatever enemy they're facing quick and clean.

Militärgewehr 78 Gauß is quite the intimidating and quite advanced rifle, since it uses electromagnetic coil operation to accelerate projectiles. This makes it perfect for infantry as they can pierce through heavy armor and shielding units that hostile infantry might have access to in their lore and verse.

The Type 220 "Sabretooth" MBT. Even though the tank seems to have the systems of an average MBT, it's the speed that what makes it scary. Like the rate of fire, turret traverse speed, and maybe overall top speed. It prioritizes mobility and armor. Not to mention, it is low profile, which makes it hard to spot on naked eyes.

A big and bad armored division can only be useful if set against something it can meet in battle, and with Rogue River's military not presenting any major combatant, a state actor expecting peer-level conflict that doesn't adapt will likely see their own downfall.

SO: The Secret Service Division. Particularly in today's world, battles with the flag-clad soldiers and multi-million dollar equipment is only part of a proper country's warfighting ability; as demonstrated with the Soviet Union and the United States, a well-funded and developed group with a focus in subverting the enemy's war efforts before combat even starts, as well as collecting intimate intelligence, is vital.
