Again, I’m unsure what number this is, but: a movie theater that does not accept money, only pieces of flesh (human and other mammals only) as currency. Employees are constantly adding extra, nonsensical rooms to the theater, using the flesh. Rooms include an upside-down theater, a theater that mirrors everything inside it, a theater stage that only shows horribly recreated Shakespeare plays, and a room that rabidly ages any organic matter, then after said organic dies of old age, it is resurrected at the start of its lifecycle, all of this accompanied to the music video of take on me by aha. Occasionally, the theater will have a “3 am special” where velociraptor like creatures dressed in butler outfits will engage in combat with choice people from the audience, typically resulting in death in either parties. On every first Tuesday of the month a truck will manifest on the street closest to the theater, drop of snacks, drinks, and other items of various usefulness to the theater.

Building 115 is a giant black box that houses all the SCPs. While very large, it has a finite size of about half of New York Central Park (I'm not sure how large a block is); it is taller than the surrounding skyline but shorter than the Chrysler Building. It also does not extend downwards, i.e. it does not have a basement. Nobody can enter, even SCP employees, and nobody can leave, no matter how powerful the SCP is. Building 115 trumps over any supposedly all-powerful abilities anyone or anything has.

By having all these properties, Building 115 is by itself its own SCP. It satisfies the above rule by being what it contains, as a set is considered a subset of itself.
