4/10. The general design is fine, but the colors are problematic. The tricolor of green, black, and red is somewhat unoriginal, but looks good. However, the yellow, blue, and dark red which ruins the flag. Yellow and blue does not fit the tricolor, and using dark red, which looks like brown, makes it even worse. The colors are too saturated. While using a flower Iooks good, that brown looks terrible, especially with dark blue, without anything between them to separate them (eg. white). The emblem should be redesigned or colored differently.

I think it's a solid 7. It's got a good contrast with all the colors, but I think it's still quite plain due to the large white part compared to the baby blue and yellow. I also think the flower looking thing could have more detail.

Define an idea and design for your flag, currently it looks like some sort of alphabet soup with everything jumbled and unreadable... The colors are not bad and neither is the proportion! The whole problem is all about the multiple designs overlapping and mixing altogether.

Perhaps you could just use the inverted Lambda (or the V) as the main symbol of your flag, maybe even the Corinthian helmet, but in any case remember that less is more and that flags need to have simple designs. Perhaps you could use these Greek meanders, but ideally they would be more streamlined, as currently this is looking like some sort of Chinese meander design.

It's ... a bit too simple. Give it some finesse, something that'll make it distinguishable from the standard national flag. Like a national design, pattern. Maybe a more unique style of trident (bet there's plenty of those that aren't your common trident).

- The text inside the yellow sun is entirely pointless, way to small to be readable at anything approaching a normal distance
- I think the green sun should go, leaving just the yellow sun and moon symbol
- Likewise i think the text on the fly should be removed

With those changes you'd have an appealing flag.
