very chaotic, and the colors don't work well, but i like the theme and cross design. 5.9/10

7/10. The ripple for me really brings this one down. Not all flags need the ripple effect, and there are some cases where the ripple actually takes away from the flag. other than that the design concept is good! Im assuming by the stripes its supposed to be an Anarchic American flag? So in that regard its a reasonable choice, although I personally would have went with less stripes. Remove the ripple, and I would give it a solid 9/10

Edit: On second look, id also darken the blue a little too, that would make it 10/10

Really cool flag 9/10, I really like how you managed to fit the stripes into the hexagon logo in the center, and the blue and black contrast really well.

The concept is good, but there is way too much symbolism, and some of It is too complex. The colors are great, and the overall design is good though! Well done

7/10 - That radially symmetric bend gives the design nice motion. For the top two thirds of the middle symbol, the blue you're using doesn't really stand out from the other two blues on the flag, so I'd suggest using one of those instead. Maybe try using the same navy you're using for the hexagon's stroke?

I'd give it 6.5/10 do to it being too cluttered. if the pillars were removed or the entire symbol were much smaller then it would be a 9/10.
