9/10 - It’s a really nice flag, it has a great balance of uniqueness and believability. It has familiar real-world features but enough difference to make it stand out.

While I will always disgaree with contrasting green and yellow like that, especially with red, the underlying design is by no means bad. Double crosses are a precedented idea, and I've used them myself before.

Solid design, but the coloration leaves something to be desired for me. 7/10.

[Galactic Powers]

That shade of maroon looks pretty ugly on the dark blue, although it looks okay on the white. Either brighten the blue or brighten the red, and the fluer de lis looks okay. Also ripple effect sucks.

[New England and Greater New Brunswick]

The flag does look rather spacy. I can't say the crescent is the symbol I'd put on it, given it's reminiscent of Islamic states which I presume has, with all other religions, been eradicated in the far future. I'd personally go with a constellation of some sort, maybe a star map like on the Brazillian flag. 7/10.

A solid 8/10, simple, recognizable. I'd make the seal a bit larger and make the yellow bar white, but other than that it's a great flag.

[Independent republic of MOSAICA]

The Scandinavian pattern never fails to be sober but strong, ant the flag reinforces this. Not such a fan of the colors, but great flag. 9/10

[North Macaronesa]

Don't know if they intend it as their IC flag, but I like the idea of an elephant mosaic. I just think the lighting is funny and messes the whole thing up. 6.5/10, at least it doesn't have ripple

While I would rate the flag 8/10 as it is a really good looking and proper flag, I can not give it this rating.

It is simply a 1965 proposed flag for South Afrika. It is not altered in any way, straight up an already existing idea for a flag.

Therefore I give it a 0/10 for it being a flag ripped from someone else's idea/existing flag (idea/proposal).

It does still look nice though and is a good indication of what a proper flag looks like.

Well, seal on flag, unnessecary white dividers inbetween the colours(Either cut them or make them a bit bigger, no halfsies), do find it funny that the flag looks more like a peasant-hat than a flag. Anyhow, 5/10, needs some work.

Border, which is iffy, but it works... somehow. The rectangles are sadly squared to the border in a set of 6, but it's decent nonetheless. It reminds me of the many historical checkered flags, especially the flag of [italian city-state I can't remember).

Unusual, but it works. 7.7/10.

I love it, actually. Simple, but great colors, and it communicates itself incredibly well. Solid 10.

It's both recognizable and unique. It conveys the theme of the nation well.

In general your flag is very good, but the coat of arms with the penguin being the same color as one of the bands on your flag ruins everything.

Your flag is great!... Until you get to the horrendous contrast on the trident. 8/10, would be 9.5 if only the trident was any contrasting color, and 10 if no ripple.

The white-grey-black combination gives the flag a nice industrial feel, and the fleur-de-lis is just a good symbol.

8/10 - It's a nice flag, I like the subtle colour choice. I think it could be better if the sword was removed, or perhaps reworked into a more traditional coat of arms, but it is good nonetheless.

I like the adaptation of the yin and yang to the Estonian flag. The colours look good.

I see socialist India, but where is any Indian symbolism other than the green and orange? If this is meant to represent the suppression of religion and culture that happened under 20th century socialist regimes though, that's kind of cool. The darker shade of red looks nice, but the hammer and sickle looks a little...stretched. The proportions could be altered.

A good flag, and the shade of blue is quite nice. However, it doesn't communicate much, and the crescent is too Islamic for me, given that it doesn't fit your current worldbuilding.
