I wouldn't really judge the drawing. However, the problem is that it is not even a flag.

It is an American Flag upon its independence but adds a fidget spinner. I actually like the American flag's design, but the fidget spinner just isn't matching the whole design. Perhaps make that there is only the fidget spinner in the red part?

Pretty complex yet nice design. The Blend of colours is great and works together, especially with the yellow outlines.

It's a very basic flag color scheme, but the design makes it really good, albeit a little difficult to understand at a first glance.

The flag design is extremely, at least the left half. Overwhelming. While not awful, just jarring for me to look at.

Like the coloring. Red, white n’ blue work well together.
Also enjoy the Croatia-like coat of arms. Although, a coat of arms on a flag makes it look worse, you are an exception.

The yellow and black striped background is a work of genius, the use of the ouroboros/uroboros (the snake that bites its own tail) gives a wonderful touch of artwork!
But, unfortunately, we have the dollar sign in an unnecessarily colossal size. If you reduce the size of that $ in half and maybe bring more attention to the uroboros it would be 10/10.

For now, I give you a 7/10


(I know my flag has the same model as Barbados, no need to mention that. In the real world numerous flags are identical with just another color scheme, this is completely normal.)

I like the design, I like the look of the flag in general, and I like the colour scheme for the most part. The grey on white is not contrasting enough and is not a great colour combination. 6.7/10

It's always nice to see a flag that isn't a standard rectangle every once in a while. I like the penguins too! The colors contrast well and are bright but not enough to hurt my eyes like neon. My only minor stipulation is that the penguins have shading which is unnecessary for a flag, but that's just me being a bit pretentious. 9.5/10 overall, very nice flag!

8/10. I like it, if it were intended to be a brutal dictatorship from a book or alternative timeline. If it's meant to be the flag of a democratic or moral country, disregard this rating. The only part I dislike is that while the dark color scheme on all sides of the white cross is pretty, the two colors chosen for the dark portion are too similar. Perhaps make the top dark color a little brighter or change the color to something more noticeably different from the black (perhaps dark orange or dark green?). But again, I still like it.

The green on the left is a nice green. The yellow works on the right, and I love the red maple leaf.
The only thing I would say is the bold black outline of the maple leaf.
