I like the design overall, but I think it could be simplified a bit more in order to work better as a flag. I like the idea of a bear skull as the main symbol of a flag, but I think it's just a little to complex. All in all, 7/10.

I've nothing much to say. This is a goddamn epic flag. Though, I'm not too fond of the wreath. As if it doesn't accompany the bird well. Perhaps make it more round? Like a more circular curve? Otherwise, 8.9/10 .

Looks like a good state flag honestly, I would try to darken the colours a little, but as it stands 7/10

Would've been a 9/10, but that yellow-on-orange just destroys it for me, and so a 6/10. Get better contrast, is what I'd say would work.

It's not bad, but it has a little too much symbolism. I like the color choice, but it's also a see-through flag, which instantly derails it, and makes it less confined, and harder to see. If you ask me you should remove that.

It looks cool, its like, it represents a group of tribes. The color selection is also okay, somehow I got "New Mexico" vibe from it.
Although, the dotted lines on the bottom kinda looks weird, and people would have a hard time drawing it.

The design of the blue fish in the center of the flag gives me subtle vibes of the flag of the Chinook, but I can infer that the fish symbolizes the nation's maritime traditions, as the full name of the nation would suggest, though it looks a bit difficult to be drawn entirely by hand, on the plus side however, one could easily memorize what nation the flag belongs to. Overall, it's a neat design.

8/10, it's a nice flag! I think the colors of the insignia in the center clash with the flag a bit too much, which knocks it down a couple points. Still, simple, evocative - what's not to like?

My more immediate takeaway here would be the background bicolor which consists of Yellow and Black, instead of the real life Red and Green, I can infer that this is represents the Habsburg royal family which may perhaps have influenced the nation at some point. Secondly, the inclusion of the Coat of Arms makes this flag a bit difficult to be drawn by hand, yet it also makes the flag easily recognizable, and if the coat of arms were not to be included, it would make for a much more interesting flag in my opinion. Overall, an effective design.

Well... this isn't a flag, it's a seal of the United States. Would judge an IC flag you might have had here, but it seems like there's no IC flag here. So, I suppose you could make the background of the seal transparent, and perhaps remove the wrinkles, it makes it look off. Or maybe get an actual flag to judge. Overall, giving this a 6/10.

I think there's some sort of law (or rather tradition, or custom) in vexillology that there shouldn't be writing or lettering on a flag - obviously there are no hard and fast rules on what you can put on a flag, and there's an in-character reason for having the M on there, but personally I find it detrimental as it's not immediately obvious what the M stands for (although I suppose in-universe the Karazi people would recognise the symbol). That said, if you removed the M the flag would lack a focal point and although I do like the unique lozenge-shaped central element, it would need something beyond blank space so perhaps I would have chosen a different symbol, or used a more stylised or calligraphic letter rather than just a standard serif M. That small aspect excepted I think this is a strong flag, and I particularly like the colours of the lozenge and saltire - I see those as the "thin red and blue lines" symbolic of the military-police junta, and that's an effective visual metaphor.

5/10. A bit too…basic? It feels plastic in a way. Common colors and in almost cartoony shades with a fairly generic design. Not that those are bad, this just doesn’t stand out.
