I know that I have already rated your flag before, so I would like to redo the rating.

I do find the flag to be slightly untidy. That may be just me, but I find the tinier stars around the eagle unneeded. And noting how the white eagle clashes with the yellow star, I could not see it at first. The outlining of the star is also disproportionate to the outlining of the Nordic cross.

It still has potential, though; I only feel like you should simplify it to your liking. Perhaps make the Nordic cross a darker gold, exclude the outlines, and put the eagle where the Nordic cross intersects. You, of course, do not have to take that suggestion; however, it could be helpful in the long run. 5/10.

One of my favourite designs so far. The elements are a bit cliché-y, but it looks very distinguishable and particularly easy to draw. 8 out of 10.

Simple design (which is not bad). Ripple does not work in this design (it only does in a few imo). But, the colors blend very well. 7/10

Looks a little bit like a beach towel lol. Though acutely minimalist with an almost cliche color scheme, it does seem to be captivating (at least initially). Maybe think outside the box with colors a little bit and you're above the current 8.5/10

While there is something to be said for simplicity in a national flag, the bronze colour just doesn't look right to me, besides that it's rather unremarkable.

The flag is honestly not pleasing to the eye but I am sure its symbols must mean something and a flag must please the hearts of its citizens rather than the eyes

No problem! I think maybe the llamas should be more clearly the foreground and the mountains more clearly the background, if that makes sense? The llamas are also the only part of the heraldry to have a border around them. But I do think the addition of the llamas is a good thing because it adds more flair and history to the overall flag. I'd still put it at 8.5/10!

The design not only looks great, it just makes sense. The white next to the gold is a little troublesome but I think it's unavoidable when keeping simplicity in mind. One issue from my point of view is that it excludes Cornwall which I assume from your name should be represented, there may be a way around it.

The flag is good. Its not aesthetically the best but the symbols have a coherent meaning(which I don't know yet). So this makes the flag meaningful and meaning is more important than mere aesthetics

Easily recognizable as a pacific nation. So good job on the symbolism! Nice colors. Pattern is original. However nothing else really going on. It's a good flag, but not the best. It's fine the way it is. 7/10

it does Represent Cornwall. thats what the white stripe inbetween yellow and red is.

The eagle is almost impossible to distinguish in the small forum view. I don't think putting yellow and white right next to each other was a good idea. I am a sucker for stars tho, the off-centered 6-pointed star is neat. 7/10.

A beautiful flag! Despite that, the shades of blue and purple seem too similar. You should either choose one of the two colors or differentiate the shades a bit more.

I like the design but I think another colour should be added to look better. And, that weird cloud thing over the mountains is a bit odd. 6/10
