Factbooks and dispatches (which are works in progress) are the primary source of information for my nation. I try to have my stats match my idea of my nation but I think policies are the stat I can control the most.

I am not sure what do you mean by weak.

If physically, Chancellor Lotvall's physical power is obviously not as strong as those multi-universal leaders. She do have a fine result in her school life, but it is rather unknown if she is able to keep it.

If politically, her power is, uh, average? Her power is as much as those which serve as the prime minister/ chancellor of any Parliamentary Democracy, but opposition parties exist, and their power is enough to balance Lotvall's power so that she can't be a dictator.
