Daughter nation of The Unified Provinces of Rhanukhan, originally created during the course of roleplay events back in 2008. The accounts relating to it in Rhanukhan's own factbooks are deliberately vague as the people of Rhanukhan are unaware of many details regarding the island. As such I've established it as a separate nation in order to provide greater insight through its own factbooks.
