1. Well, Onox himself personally wouldn't consider creating a permanent regency his style, the entire plan behind it is more Vire's project anyways. Onox just goes over sometimes, does his contractual duties, has to interact with Latos for a bit, gets his tribute, then comes back.
2. From the Dungeonstates that had Hylians or groups related to Hylians, those who haven't already removed most of those people have somewhat integrated them already, most notably the grey garden, in which they went from slaves initially to something similar to serfhood when the Boss of the region switched to actually using Old Hylian Administration in order to further his goals.(Which I will elaborate when I write the lore of the Gray Garden.
3. It's rather new, being built in the time between the Conference of Ordon 508 AC and the year 516 AC, so it doesn't have many of the problems that come with time, while the degree of variations between how well they work among those who adopted Old Hylian Administration Styles, with the Retsam and Gray Garden Administrations being rather well-functioning, while the Arena's really only took what it took in order to organize matches better, making the other parts rather shoddily.
4. Loyalty is a strong word, when talking about relationships inside the legion. She works for Onox because he is the current top dog and because he did kick the arse of the previous two hegemons, which hadn't been the greatest neighbors to the Ashlands. And while she generally likes the legions style, she does primarily act in her and her tribes own interest, which fits very much within the legions style. She and Onox do get along, but the kind of getting along where you totally get why the other one is going to slay you, you just have fun until it maybe eventually happens.

What sort of afterlife do your people believe in?

They believe in both reincarnation and a After Life. There are two spirits one has, a normal spirit and a Inua. The Inua spirit gets reincarnated and the normal one goes to the afterlife (Valhalla). This process is also the same for animals.

Yes and no, there are some stats i'm willing to ignore like population, and if there's a small discrepancy between written lore and stats I'll just say whatever and go with what's written, but in general I will judge a nation by its stats. There's a lot that stats cover that written lore doesn't and there's a lot written lore covers that stats don't. I try to mesh the two as best as I can and where there's a discrepancy the stats will tell me how they actually answered the issues and thus how they actually ran their nation.

So, according to Vennemann's Atlantic Semitic theory, either Afroasiatic languages with an affinity for Semitic or Semitic languages themselves were spoken in much of Europe prior to the advent of the Indo-European languages. He proposes that the language(s) of the European Megalithic Culture were Afroasiatic, and that they left a substrate in the Insular Celtic languages such as Irish and Welsh. Vennemann further proposes that the Phoenicians and later Carthaginians were actively trading up the coast of Europe, and that Phoenician or Punic specifically left a superstrate in the Germanic languages, influencing their lexicon (based on the claim that Germanic words without cognates in other IE languages usually belong to semantic fields that are typical of superstrate loanwords) and structure.

The idea of a connection between Insular Celtic and Afroasiatic in particular is not unique to Vennemann's theories, as a link between the two families has been proposed since John Davies (1632). The position was expanded upon by the work of John Morris Jones in the early 20th century and is supported by the works of Julius Pokorny.

All that being said, the Emnians and their language are meant to be something of a "leftover" of that Old Europe that Vennemann claims was Afroasiatic-speaking. In order to create the Emnian language, I took Proto-Semitic and dipped it in Irish phonology/orthography for about 2,500 years.

will be further elaboration in a factbook but it ties into the premise of my nation which, summed up, is:

-instead of setting up the bourbon-anjou heir as his successor like IRL, Francisco Franco goes with the carlist claimant to the spanish throne as a political powerplay to curry favor with the carlists in his government

-franco dies in 1975 and the spanish monarch he picked becomes the head of spain, but since he went with the carlist heir apparent as his successor, there is no transition to liberal democracy and it instead goes through a transformative period to modernize the regime without compromising its francoist as well as carlist values, under an actively reactionary and clerical king

-most supporters of the franco regime, old guard hardliners and new guard pragmatists, pretty much settled right back into the new monarchy, but with a guiding philosophy they grew into being true supporters of the monarchy and started accepting carlist views and doctrine

THE REASON FOR BANNING ALL THEM PARTIES

-after the carlist king took the vacant throne, he was like "k so we are a modern country and we will introduce some form of democracy" and spanish political dissidents (not imprisoned) went "cool" and started registering political parties, as well as this the king also formed the royal assembly which acts as spain's legislature

-after a number of what would once be considered dissident parties were registered and began to gain some traction after some time, the king ruled a decree that all parties he personally determined as seditious and/or treasonous to the values of both the crown and spain herself would be criminalized and their leaders would be imprisoned for life, convicted of subverting the moral fiber of spain and her people

-the ones the king were cool with (the ones that generally were born from or supportive of the former franco regime) formed a coalition, the citizens rights coalition, under carlist platform, the de jure successor party to franco's fet y de la jons and the most powerful party in spain, acting as a political tool for the king
