How did the Norse communicate with the Inuit in the early days?

It was mainly through gestures like pointing at stuff if they wanted something but the way they got to learn each other's language was from being with each other and them each pointing at objects and saying it in each other's own language. There were people in the community that were tasked with learning each other's language. Hope this helps, it's a very good question that I've thought through a bit but has not yet been fully explored.

They don’t. Simply put they do not believe that there is a difference between “conventional” and “restricted” weapons. This also applies to chemical and biological weapons. To them no difference exists at all.

Nah- I’m not OK. Life is shit, everything keeps getting shitter and I cannot find strength in myself to fight it. Well, I decided to make these changes in order to better reflect what my nation is. I made the change from my first original flag (the one with the red star with AK-47 and hoe) to the flag with the M because I believed that the former gave off too much of a misconception that my nation was a communist dictatorship, and I found the new flag to better suit the military-police junta of my nation. And my current flag, the one with the sniper, was created because I sought to make a sort of variant flag for my nation. The flag with the M is still canon, though, it's just another flag that one might use. Also added the people on my flag for shits and giggles.

1) Depends who you ask. Some older folk may still resent the Japanese for what they did to the country but some newer people may know Japan more for their modern culture rather than their imperial one. For the most part, it leans towards positive.
2) Since this nation (for the most part) is a good reflection of my views, the consensus IC and OOC is the same: the war is bad, costs innocent people their lives, and will take decades to fix. However, the solution isn't tossing more fuel into the fire.
3) I looked through your factbooks and can't find any info on what you're on about, so I don't really have an opinion.

1.) Iteos is the national foreign intelligence agency. It's tasked with gathering, processing, and analyzing national security information from around the world, primarily through the use of human intelligence and performing covert actions. Iteos operations are highly classified due to the nature of these covert actions and their relation to national security. They've financed and supported coups and armed revolts in areas where it was deemed to be necessary for Frisik interests to be advanced engaged in miniscule amounts of tomfoolery

1) Can’t say I know too much about Greenpeace; personally, I’m more involved in local stuff. Large-scale organizations tend to be more interested in their bottom line and lobbying than they are solutions that help people being hit by environmental disasters. I’m sure Greenpeace is fine enough, but I can’t say I know enough about them to have a real opinion
2) Naturalism usually refers to a discipline, and in this case, its meaning is pretty similar (hence the Gothic adjective “Naturforskon,” roughly translating to “nature-understander”). Naturalism refers less to a specific ideology and more to an intent, to understand and protect the nature they believe themselves to be a part of.

1) Heh, as of writing this it's now a funny Iraqi war criminal. Anyhow, I did that because while browsing through some random patriotic songs (I generally like listening to such songs) I saw some pictures of Assad in military uniform with sunglasses. Thought he would be a good fit for my flag, considering the junta theme of my nation. So, I replaced Karadzic with Assad. And then I decided to change him to Saddam Hussein for shits and giggles, and because I stumbled across pictures of him with that gun. Might consider bringing them back on my flag just for, well, shits and giggles.
2) Some other ways in which we discourage them using a form of Zersetzung and sending informants about the populace to let us know about activities the populace is doing. This generally helps to suppress any sort of dissent expressed by the people.
3) Had it changed back to an M, but the flag with the gun is still canon. The gun on that flag symbolizes essentially the strength of the Milipol Junta.
