Growing up President Andráe Johnson had an unpleasant experience with defective security unit NCCT-1038819 who almost cut off Andráe's arm after detaining him over a false accusation of shoplifting. At first glance, His Majesty seems poised and reserved. But deep inside, he's really child-like around his close family and friends. Prime Minister Kim, on the other hand, is a very serious person and always focused on the issues, even if he isn't working.

Freddy tries to make Classroom 3-B stateless and leaderless, in accordance with his envisioned anarcho-communist society, but it's difficult. The other revolutionaries continue to regard Freddy, Francine, and Jojo as the President, Treasurer, and Secretary respectively, even though their revolution has explicitly schismed from the school. And while Freddy aspires to leaderlessness, Francine and Jojo don't share that goal. Francine's model of lawless objectivism nevertheless puts her squarely at the top, and Jojo's attempts at statecraft always assume the three of them will form some kind of executive triumvirate. So while the question is somewhat disputed in Classroom 3-B, at the end of the day it is not canon.

Not canon. In fact to do so would be illegal under the constitution and immigration law, which has been harmonized with Schengen treaty countries and according to EU customs laws as well.
