Probably in Aasha - the oldest city in Antarctica, and the one home to the most historical events and landmarks - or in Nanji, the capital city and the most cosmopolitan part of Antarctica. Of course, the United States of America collapsed over 400 years before the Free Republic was even founded, but people from that nation's former territory are still sometimes called "Americans" as a generalization. Tourists from that area aren't particularly numerous - they're outnumbered by tourists from Africa and from several other continents - but they're as welcome as any other visitors from around the world.

Some of the earliest migrants to Antarctica managed to bring cars with them, but cars were already in a steep decline as a means of transportation due to a peculiar Antarctic dislike of urban road mazes, and eventually cars became completely extinct and the roads decayed into oblivion, replaced by joint walkways/bikepaths and eventually by bullet train lines for long-distance travel. There is no real desire by any of today's Antarcticans to revive the old cars or roads.
